Strata VIS5110 is a high-end strata development consisting of 24 apartment style condominiums and 5 townhomes. It sits on approximately 5 acres of property including lawns, extensive gardens, and semi-natural areas.

Brentwood Grounds Maintenance has been the landscape company for our strata for several years. The company does design, supply, and installation of new and replacement landscaping for us, as well as weekly maintenance of all areas of the property.

We have found their services to be exemplary. Prices are very fair for new and replacement installations, and we invariably get more and better service than expected on the maintenance side.
