Strata VIS5110 is a high-end strata development consisting of 24 apartment style condominiums and 5 townhomes. It sits on approximately 5 acres of property including lawns, extensive gardens, and semi-natural areas.

Brentwood Grounds Maintenance has been the landscape company for our strata for several years. The company does design, supply, and installation of new and replacement landscaping for us, as well as weekly maintenance of all areas of the property.

We have found their services to be exemplary. Prices are very fair for new and replacement installations, and we invariably get more and better service than expected on the maintenance side.

I have worked with Ian for eight years and have always found him to be fair, knowledgeable and keen to try new ideas. Stratas can be very tricky to deal with especially when it comes to grounds maintenance. Ian has always been both understanding and accomodating. His attention to detail and consideration makes the job that much more pleasant.

I have been know to be quite a perfectionist, so I like my yard to look a certain way but as life got too busy I found that I needed help. So, I called a gardener in… I was not impressed at all, they couldn’t even cut my grass in a straight line and left all the clippings behind. I thought great I’m going to have to just make the time, but I didn’t.

Then I called Ian who owns “Brentwood Grounds Maintenance”. He helped me with my landscape design and the health of my trees and plants also pruning and trimming and left my yard perfectly manicured and he cleaned up everything… He is a perfectionist that cares about other peoples yards.
